JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a full-time Senior Game Producer who, alongside the existing production team, will be responsible for driving a major project’s entire development processes, coordinating the studio’s efforts to ensure production costs and timelines are respected.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, deploy, and oversee all project planning and management processes driving the studio’s production of a new, ambitious original IP, in close partnership with the project’s directors and leads, the team members, the studio’s upper management, the different partners as well as stakeholders.

 Drive, organize and track the operational properties of the project’s diverse pipelines, including development processes, production planning and status reporting, as well as risk, resources, and budget management.

 Define and refine the overall project roadmap, to build, maintain and communicate the schedules and task trackers. This will ensure successful and timely deliveries of production milestones. 

 Work closely with team leaders to ensure that all change requests are evaluated in terms of costs, benefits, and impacts, leading to their appropriate rejection or approval.

 Provide regular status reports on project deliveries to the team and project stakeholders, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions based on best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

 Diploma in a relevant academic field and/or relevant professional experience.

 Significant work experience in project management in the video game industry, including a proven track record of leading and managing teams of 50+ people on at least one AA/AAA title.

 Experience at least one AA/AAA successful title for consoles and PC while occupying a producer role over the entire development cycle.

 Experience with industry-standard project management methodologies such as Agile/Waterfall/SCRUM.

 General knowledge of project management software like Jira.

 The ideal candidate will be autonomous, exhibit a positive attitude and possess exceptional organizational, management and communication skills (in both French and English), displaying a capacity for leadership, analysis, judgment, and conflict resolution.

BONUS POINTS

 PMP certification or equivalent.

 SCRUM Master and/or Product Owner certification.

 Experience with Unreal Engine.

 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
